For Mccain Gang Ing Up Aint What It Used To Be

While a large group of moderate Senate has been working behind closed doors in the Dirksen Building last weeks to fashion a compromise plan to trim the stimulus plan by some $ 100 billion, the original Maverick was on the floor, leading conservative GOP opposition.. It used to be that each band of Senate centrists looking for a great deal would have legislative John McCain inside to the disappointment of Republican Party leaders. No more.
